Alaa H. A. AHMED

Associate Projects Manager, GLS

As a professional linguist, Mr. AHMED collaborated with several financial institutions, consultancies, PR companies, and legal firms. Alaa translated and edited some books, standards, regulations, and guidelines on law, medicine, technology, human development, and standardization. Alaa holds a B.A., English Language and Literature, Alexandria University and an M.A., Translating, Salford University with more than 34 years of being in the language services market.

Experience:

  • Translator/Interpreter, Saudi Foreign Ministry, Minister's Office.
  • Member, Technical Team for Saudi-WTO Accession.
  • SASO Chief Translator/Interpreter, Ministry of Commerce.
